Taking into account all process participants and the use of future-oriented web technologies, leogistics maps end-to-end supply chain processes on a central platform. MYLEO / SLOT: TIME SLOT MANAGEMENT TOOL REDUCES CONGESTION IN FRONT OF AND ON FACTORY PREMISES
With myleo / slot, companies can keep an eye on their loading and unloading capacities at all times, plan collaboratively with suppliers, their forwarders or their service providers, exchange relevant information and achieve on-schedule handling. The tool for managing workloads at loading points, gates or bottling plants in real time calculates the loading and unloading time based on flexible parameters such as number, load carrier, loading point, process type and product category. On-boarding of a process participant takes place within a few minutes by invitation. A flexible role concept is used to decide who is allowed to see which information and whether a calendar entry is to be created for the business partners with each booking. Reservations and bookings can be created in myleo / slot manually or fully automatically on the basis of process documents. leogistics has created an interface that facilitates the integration of SAP ERP and S/4 HANA deliveries, transports, sales orders, purchase orders, SAP TM freight orders, SAP EWM and leogistics d.s.c. Yard Management documents.
MYLEO / TNT: KNOWING WHERE THE TRANSPORTS ARE
Despite the use of time slot management systems, manufacturing companies often do not know when the trucks will arrive at the factory premises. Loading and unloading processes become a game of chance and cannot be planned. This is where the track and trace solution myleo / tnt comes in: When the freight order is accepted, for example for loading, the truck can already be tracked as it approaches the plant. All data protection parameters are observed and implemented. The system permanently calculates whether the planned date of arrival (ETA) can still be kept. Dynamic isolines (geofence areas) provide automatic notification if the truck is, for example, 30 or 15 minutes away from the plant site. Downtimes within the plant premises can thus be minimised and the utilisation of loading and unloading points optimised.
ACTIVE INTEGRATION OF CUSTOMERS AND INTERESTED PARTIES
In conjunction with myleo / dsc, leogistics has established a permanent feedback process in order to be in constant exchange with live customers. This leads to continuous improvements and an increased user experience.
